Jaime Ostos Garza

Graduate degree in Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho (1973-1977), making his professional exam on March 30 1979, with the Thesis “The Surrogacy of the deficiency of complaint in criminal matters”.

Extensive experience in Insolvency Law, Commercial Arbitration, Civil and Legal Protection in his profesional practice, representing mainly for large corporations and financial institutions as well as various creditors and debtors in bankruptcy.

He gave a seminar on criminal procedure law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, which has also served as defense counsel and representative of victims in criminal proceedings conducted by property criminal and economic content.
